Chinese Herbal Tea Recipe for Stress Relief
Ingredients
All Ingredients can be found at an Asian grocery store or online.
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 licorice root
4 Chinese red dates
4 mint leaves
4 cups of water
Directions
Combine goji berries, black sesame seeds, cinnamon stick, licorice root, and Chinese red date with 4 cups of water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to low and simmer for 25 minutes. Then add the mint leaves for the last 5 minutes of simmering. Strain and enjoy!
